At Home Again Organizing, we believe that organization is about more than beautiful before and after photos. It’s about creating space for what truly matters. That’s why we’re honored to partner with Resilient Provisions Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting single mothers and their children who have been victims of domestic violence to create a fresh start.

When clients declutter their homes, they often ask, Where will my donations go? It’s a question close to our hearts, and one we want to be intentional about. Through our partnership, items no longer needed in one home are finding a second life in the hands of those who really need them.

Instead of simply “getting rid” of things, we’re helping give everyday essentials—clothes, toys, household goods—a chance to directly support survivors as they rebuild safe, stable lives.

The Impact

Resilient Provisions makes sure every item is received with care and respect, ensuring survivors don’t just get what they need, but feel seen, valued, and supported along the way.

“At Resilient Provisions, Inc., every donation is more than just an item; it’s a lifeline for families recovering from domestic violence. By redistributing second-hand goods, we empower survivors with the resources they need to rebuild their lives and foster a sense of hope and community." - Chelsea Hoage, DA Survivor and Founder of Resilient Provisions

Already, many of the donations from Home Again clients have gone toward this mission. It’s a simple, powerful way to extend the life of these items while making a meaningful difference.

Stories of Resilience

Chelsea and her team have countless stories of transformation—moments where a donated item was more than just unwanted clutter. It becomes comfort, stability, and a reminder that someone cares and it can get better.

“Thanks to the generous donations we receive, one family was able to transform their living space from a place of fear to a home filled with love and safety. With essential items and support, a mother found the strength to rebuild her life, and today she is not only thriving but also mentoring others in her community who are on a similar journey to recovery.”

These stories remind us that the work we do extends beyond homes and into lives.

Looking Ahead

This partnership is only the beginning. Together, we hope to grow the impact—helping more families find peace in their homes and survivors find support as they rebuild theirs.

If you work with Home Again, know that your decluttering journey doesn’t just make your space feel lighter. It helps lift someone else’s burden too.
